Kauai time is 2 hours behind California and 5 behind New York in the Winter changing to 3 and 6 hours in the Summer.

There is a standard hotel & state taxes of 11.416% added to all rates, and a $195 cleaning fee. Prices are subject to change without notice. We normally accept 7 day bookings in high season and a minimum of 5 day bookings in low season; shorter bookings are accepted provided they back up to other bookings. Please call for availability. We require a $500 deposit when you make a reservation. This serves to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 45 days in advance. Your deposit is returned within 7 days after departure, assuming no extraordinary cleaning or maintenance.

Cancellation Policy
Outside of the 45 day period, we return 50% of your deposit, retaining the other 50% to cover administrative costs. Inside the 45 day period, the entire amount is retained, except in the case of extreme family misfortune.
