This is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted on the property at any time.
A cleaning fee of $195 and a reservation fee of $50 will be added to the total amount for your stay. All rates are subject to Hawaii State Taxes of GET (General Excise Tax) of 4.16% & TAT (Hotel Tax) of 9.25% A deposit of $500 is due to hold your reservation. The deposit will be returned upon departure, assuming no damage or extraordinary cleaning. A one week minimum is required for all stays. Final payment is due 90 days prior to your arrival.

Late checkout is available at an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate +tax up to 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM a full day charge will apply. Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation after your booking has been confirmed, you may cancel with 90 days written notice. All advance funds will be returned less a cancellation fee and the processing fee, totalling $150. During the holidays, the cancellation fee will equal one night’s stay.
Bookings within 90 days are non-refundable. If written notice is received within the 90 days, all advance funds will be forfeited, unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time booked once you are within the non-cancellation period.
